A clever version of regular hummus, spicy and delicious!

Ingredients
  • 30 oz black beans rinsed, drained
  • 2 tsp lime juice or lemon if you prefer
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp culantro chopped
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 4 large garlic cloves minced approx 2 tbsp
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper start with a bit less, then add to taste
  • ½ cup tahini sesame seed paste (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients into food processor.

  2. Pulse food processor until all the ingredients are mixed into a thick paste.

  3. Add more olive oil if hummus is too thick.
